ORDINANCE 01 - 16 <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AMENDING <br /> SECTION 904 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> <br />Case No. OA 01-10 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Section 904.08 titled, ZONING AND WATER SUPPLY/SANITARY <br />PROVISIONS, of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be amended read as follows: <br /> <br />904.08 -ZONING AND WATER SUPPLY/SANITARY PROVISIONS <br /> <br />1. Lot Area and Width Standards. <br /> <br />The following standards shall apply to all shorelands of the protected <br />waters listed in Section 904.06. Where the requirements of the <br />underlying zoning district as shown on the official zoning map are <br />more restrictive than those set forth herein, the more restrictive <br />standards shall apply. The lot area (in square feet) and lot width <br />standards (in feet) for single, duplex, triplex and quad residential <br />lots created after the date of enactment of this Ordinance for the <br />lake and river/stream classifications shall be as follows: <br /> <br />A.
