Request ~ Elk River Independence Day 2011 Committee <br />Jim Boyle, Elk River Independence Day 2011 Committee, explained the Committee's plans <br />t~ for the 2011 Independence Day Celebration. Mr. Boyle requested the EDA contribute <br />r $6,000, consistent with last year's contribution. <br />
