In response, WSB has prepared three <br />development scenarios: one based on the Comprehensive Plan, one based on the Focused Area Study <br />with lower impacts, and one based on the Focused Area Study based on worst case scenario impacts. <br />The three scenarios are helpfizl to the City Council as they will define a range of likely development <br />intensity patterns, which will allow for informed infrastructure planning. <br />Staff has reviewed the development scenarios and recommends acceptance.
