Liquor Licenses Lori ohnson, Ci Administrator REVIEWED BY ACTION REQUESTED Council direction on the following: Consumption and Display Permit 1. If Council approves the Interim Use Permit fox Wapiti Paxk Campground, then Council motion to approve their Consumption and Display Permit based on the following condition: o The Agreement for Issuance of an Interim Use Permit for the Store Building at Wapiti Park Campground has been executed within 10 days of adoption of Resolution 11-_, A Resolution of the City of Elk River Approving an Agreement fox the Issuance of an Interim Use Permit for the Store Building at Wapiti Park Campground, as adopted on April 18, 2011. 2. If Council would like to deny the Interim Use Permit and the Consumption and Display Permit, staff will need to prepare a resolution of denial for consideration at a future meeting. 3. If Council wants to delay the decision, no action would be required tonight. 3.2. Percent Malt On and OffSale Licenses If Council approves the Interim Use Pemrit, then no action is needed on these items tonight This item would come back to Council for consideration if the Agreement is not executed within 10 days. 2. If CouncIl denies the Interim Use Permit, then direction is needed on how to proceed with these two licenses. BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION The CouncIl approved Wapiti Park Campground's three liquor licenses contingent upon the conditions outlined in the attachment. Council decision will be based on the previous agenda item regarding the Interim Use Permit for the Store Building.
