As a Conditional Use Permit is not a Building Permit, the applicant shall apply for all <br />require permits. <br />2. The development shall meet all applicable fire codes. <br />3. No outside storage of dumpsters or trailers shall be permitted on the north or east side of the <br />building. <br />Applicant Red Circle Drive, LLC <br />Location/ Address 19188 Industrial Blvd <br />60 Day Rule The City must take action by May 28, 2011 <br />OVERVIEW <br />Trident Polymers and Lake State Recycling, on behalf of the property owner Red Circle Drive, LLC, is <br />requesting Conditional Use Permit approval to operate recycling processing centers at 19188 Industrial <br />Blvd. The property is zoned I-1 light industrial. A recycling processing center is a conditional use in the <br />I-1 light industrial zoning district. <br />Both companies, separate tenants in the building, receive bulk or waste materials from industrial or <br />consumer operations which theybreak down and separate into commodities for sale and distribution to <br />other companies. These operations will occur completelywithin the former All Tool industrial building. <br />Large dumpsters will be stored on site to receive the broken down pieces for further distribution. <br />Lake State will initially occupy 15,000 square feet; Trident Polymers will occupy 40,000 square feet. Both <br />may expand into the remainder of building as their businesses grow. <br />No changes are proposed to the exterior of the building. Any interior modifications will require a <br />building permit. <br />
