(Aulik Acres) <br />Location <br />21554 Meadowvale Road NW <br />Zoning/ Land Use <br />R1a (Single Family Residential) / RR (Rural Residential) <br />60 Day Rule <br />In order to comply with Minnesota Statute 15.99 (60 -Day Requirement), action must be <br />taken on this request by December 23, 2005 <br />Attachments <br />• Location Map <br />• Preliminary Plat <br />Overview <br />The plat will consist of six lots on col-de-sac street approximately 600-foot long. The <br />development will be accessed off of Meadowvale Rd at the 215`h Avenue alignment. The <br />property is bound by North Meadows subdivision to the south and Meadowvale Road to the <br />Planning Department Mission: the orderly development of a livable and sustainable Elk River community. <br />
