Of the 90-acres, <br />approximately 32-acres are useable. <br />The site will be utilized as a Business Paxk and the preliminary plat will consist of six lots. <br />Access to the plat will be at Twin lake Road and 175`h Avenue. A secondary right-in xight- <br />out access will be provided onto Twin Lakes Road north of 175"' Avenue. <br />Planning Department Mission: the o'derly development o(a livable and sustainable Elk River community. <br />
