Staff is preparing Requests for <br />Proposals that will go out in the next two weeks. Components of the various projects <br />have been broken out individually in order receive the best prices possible <br />The Parks Capital Improvement budget for 2005 is $ 646, 700 plus a 10 percent <br />contingency. All proposals are to include installation by the contractor. It is anticipated <br />that a portion of the 10% contingency will be used for engineering costs related to <br />paving. <br />Paving of tennis courts, trails and parking lots will be included in the 2005 street <br />improvement project bid package.
