Elk REQUEST FOR ACTION <br />River <br />To ITEM NUMBER <br />Ci Council 7.1 <br />AGENDA SECTION MEETING DATE PREPARED BY <br />Administration anua 18, 2011 Tina Allard, Ci Clerk <br />ITEM DESCRIPTION REVIEWED By <br />Appoint Two Councilmembers to the Administrative Hearing Lori ohnson, Ci Administrator <br />Board REVIEWED BY <br />ACTION REQUESTED <br />Council motion appointing two Councilmembers to the Administrative Hearing Board with term <br />expirations of December 31, 2011. <br />BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION <br />Per city code, the Administrative Hearing Board is a three member board consisting of two <br />Councilmembers and one Planning Commission member, who shall be recommended for appointment <br />by the Planning Commission. <br />Council terms expire January 31.
