Consider Council Agenda <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER WESTGAARD AND SECONDED BY <br />COUNCILMEMBER MOTIN TO APPROVE THE AGENDA. MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br />3. Review Action Steps for Visioning Program <br />Ms. Johnson distributed and reviewed a PowerPoint handout. She reviewed a summary of <br />the action steps and background on how each step fits with the vision and goals and asked <br />the Council to comment on the actions presented.
