Rick also went over with the 6oartl the Con Structivn Contract Adjustments that have already occurred. and those that have been proposed. The Irrigation system is one area where the estimate received from KUE seems way too bleb. We will check with the City to see if they could do this. After going through the Proposal Requests, and after discussion. After discu55ion.we decided that we definitely need to take some action to improve the fence and surrounding area. She a?so mentioned that when the air conditioner was repaired last month, there were many er.tra wires that arene longer used and need to 6e removed to facilitate work. on the existing wires.
