The actual construction wilt total 5530.000, <br />unless something unforeseen occurs between nqw and the completion. <br />The E3U.CGC. which was put into construction contingency fund, or <br />any Dart thereof that is Left over, wit? be usetl for furnishings. <br />Rick also went over with the 6oartl the Con Structivn Contract <br />Adjustments that have already occurred. and those that have <br />been proposed. The Irrigation system is one area where the <br />estimate received from KUE seems way too bleb. We will check <br />with the City to see if they could do this. After going through the <br />Proposal Requests, and after discussion. John moved that we accent a71 <br />vropasal requests with #8 chanced to alt sides gffront counter. k9 <br />changed to "oat to er.ceed 5175G". and #3 amended to adding power <br />tv the outside sign, no new heads on the exis*_ing lights (but reol ace <br />the lamtist. and add one new Dole on the east. Motion aparaved. <br />The Larpet has been delayed because of a miscommnni[ation with the <br />fiactory. It wilt he milled antl shipped the beginning of October, <br />with a target date of October 15 to tre down on the floor. <br />Mimites from the August meeting and the September bill list were <br />reviewed and aooroved. <br />The board reviewed fence tine improvements submitted by Fhii Ha15. <br />A recent citi.en complaint led the Citv Council tq direct the street <br />Department to reol ace the broken wood pests that support the chain <br />link fence. A proposal from the City was received. After <br />discu55ion.we decided that we definitely need to take some action <br />to improve the fence and surrounding area. Milk will check with <br />Rick to see if Some of these items can 6e cut into aw addition <br />oroiect. since they are doing landscape and irrigation projects. <br />Mick will see if Rice and Phil can caeeerate on this vro.iect. <br />Mick will order sheivin. that is stilt in this year's 6utlget. so <br />it can arrive sometime around November I to put up in the addition. <br />She a?so mentioned that when the air conditioner was repaired last <br />month, there were many er.tra wires that arene longer used and need <br />to 6e removed to facilitate work. on the existing wires.
