ELK RIVER LIBRARY BOARD MINUTES <br />November 25, 1997 <br />Board Members: <br />Murray McNair, Chair <br />Mary Keifenheim, Vice Chair <br />Eleanor Holm, Secretary <br />Elly Kretsch <br />Linda Ritchie <br />Also present: Mick Stoffers, Librarian <br />present <br />present <br />present <br />present <br />absent <br />Meeting was called to order at 7:05 by Chair McNair. <br />Minutes from October were approved as presented with a <br />motion by Elly and seconded by Mary. All in favor. <br />No correspondence or suggestion box items to discuss. <br />Discussion of bills and budget updates for October was held <br />and acceptance was moved by Eleanor and seconded by Elly. <br />All in favor. <br />There were no old business items to discuss. <br />New Business: <br />The Board discussed the inventory of items left after the <br />building project. They will be on sale at the Library in <br />the near future. <br />Mick asked that the Board share items that should be in the <br />annual report. Discussion was held and will be continued at <br />the January meeting. <br />The certification program is in progress and library employees <br />are to be commended for their time and commitment to it. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Eleanor Holm <br />
