As a Conditional Use Permit is not a Building Permit, the applicant shall apply for <br />all require permits. <br />2. The accessory structure shall meet all building and fire codes. <br />3. The construction materials shall be the same (color, texture & material) as those of <br />the existing principal structure. <br />4.
