A <br />buffer area around the tent of 25-feet <br />shall also be mowed. <br />Background/Discussion <br />The applicants have submitted all the necessary application materials required for this license. <br />Background checks have been completed by the police department and the fire marshal has reviewed the <br />site plans. <br />General planning permits from the planning department are also required in order to conduct sales from <br />the temporary tents. The above requests have been reviewed and approved by the Site Plan Review <br />Committee.
