During this call, the <br />Resource Planning Coalition Confidentiality Agreement was delayed approval to allow for the <br />participant's to conduct independent legal review. Also determined during this call were the <br />participant's representatives which will serve on the Resource Planning Coalition Committee. <br />The next scheduled meeting is June 7`s. <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />No action required. <br />
