John Dietz <br />added two items to discuss under Other Business. <br />Daryl Thompson moved to approve the April 13, 2010 amonded UtilDtios Agonda. Financial licports <br />1)arly Thompson seconded the anotion. 1Motion oarried 3-0. <br />4.0 Iiesoltetioer forlie-funding <br />ERMU, in conjunction with the City of Ells River, refinanced a building bond at a lower rate <br />saving ERMU approximately $97,000. Theresa Slominski informed commissioners Chat a0er <br />discussion with F,hlers & Associates it was determined a resolution was necessary. The resolution <br />was reviewed. <br />
