MEMBER FARBER MOVED TO APPROVE THE 9/11/96 COUNCIL AGENDA <br />AS AMENDED. COUNCILMEMBER SCHEEL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 3-0. <br /> <br />Canvass Municipal Primary Election Results <br /> <br />The Council reviewed the summary statements which provided the election <br />results for the municipal primary election for Ward Two Council Member. The <br />results are as follows: <br /> <br />Thomas James Gilgenbach 72 <br />Cecilia Scheel 77 <br />Daryl A. Thompson 175 <br />Under Votes 53 <br />Over Votes 2 <br />TOTAL 379 <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHE'EL MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 96-82, A RESOLUTION <br />CANVASSING THE SEPTEMBER 10, 1996, MUNICIPAL ELECTION RESULTS FOR WARD <br />TWO COUNCIL MEMBER. COUNClLMEMBER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> <br />Other Business <br /> <br />Ice Arena Utilities Update - The City Administrator updated the City Council on <br />the status of the city's efforts to have the utilities from the ice arena project <br />connected into the cd-de-sac on Lowell Street. The route through Lot 5 and the <br />cost of this easement from the property owner, the route behind Lot 6 and along <br />the east side of Lot 6 through the existing easement, and the cost of the <br /> <br /> <br />
