This <br />area is currently being platted as Outlot A and B respectively and will be <br />replatted when city sewer and water is extended along Macon Street and <br />Riverview Drive. As mentioned in the past, the developer could submit a <br />valid petition to the City Council to have the utilities extended along Macon <br />Street and Riverview Drive to serve the platted outlots. In discussing with <br />the developer the timing of developing the outlots, it sounds as though the <br />developer would expect to develop these outlots in some reasonable amount of <br />time. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
