It is <br />anticipated that this four-member committee will narrow the field of applicants down to a <br />reasonable number of candidates so that interviews can be scheduled and held in the next <br />few weeks. The work of the committee on July 21 will be very difficult, as there are some <br />excellent applicants for this position. At this time (Wednesday 7/20/94) limited <br />information is available, but a verbal update to the Council is expected at the meeting from <br />the two Council representatives, Mayor Duitsman and Councilmember Farber. <br /> <br />It should be noted that the names of all the applicants are confidential at this time and only <br />the names of the applicants being interviewed can or will be released to the public or the <br />entire City Council. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />fc-apps:council <br /> <br />P.O.
