Feedback from Elk <br />River Travel was that Northwest Airlines will not provide a <br />frequently flyer card for a City but will only allow this <br />opportunity to individuals. Accordingly, the attached page <br />which outlines a City of Elk River Frequent Flyer policy is <br />recommended for Council approval. The second paragraph <br />incorporates the comment from the Mayor which relates to taking <br />finances into consideration before simply always purchasing an <br />airline ticket from the same airline. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />P.O.
