City of <br />Elkt <br />River <br />City of Elk River <br />City Council <br />Resolution 25-65 <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Local Road <br />Improvement Program (LRIP) Application for the 193rd Avenue/Dodge <br />Street Roundabout <br />WHEREAS, the intersection of 193" Avenue NW (MSAS 104) and Evans Street NW <br />(MSAS 154) is planned for roundabout improvements to address operational deficiencies <br />and improve multi -modal transportation. <br />WHEREAS, $47 million in LRIP funding is available, with a cap of $1.5 million for each <br />project. <br />WHEREAS, LRIP funds can be used on reasonable elements associated with roadway <br />construction and that other costs, including but not limited to: consultant engineering and <br />inspection, utility construction, as well as construction costs above the LRIP selection <br />amount will need to have alternate funding sources. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. City Council supports the construction project and agrees to maintain such <br />improvements. <br />2. City Council supports submittal of the LRIP application. <br />3.
