City of <br />Elk <br />River <br />City of Elk River <br />City Council <br />Resolution 25-47 <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River approving the <br />Orono Lake Improvement District Annual Budget for the Year 2026 <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the Order Establishing the Orono Lake Improvement <br />District (OLID), the City of Elk River (City) shall review the OLID budget annually <br />following the Annual meeting which is held in July or August each year; and <br />WHEREAS, as referenced in the OLID Resolution 25-01, OLID Board of Directors has <br />provided proper notice, met, and certified the assessment roll for the 2026 OLID service <br />and activities charge; and <br />WHEREAS, OLID Board of Directors has requested, pursuant to Minnesota Statute, <br />Section 103B.555, that the City impose a service charge on all eligible parcels within the <br />OLID as per the 2026 Service Charge List in the amount of $124.00 per full unit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, as follows: That the Orono Lake Improvement District Annual Budget <br />and service charge for the year 2026 is approved. <br />Passed and adopted this 15th day of September 2025. <br />W.i. <br />z, Ma r <br />ATTEST: <br />--4L <br />Tina Allard, City Clerk <br />NATUREI <br />
