`W= City of Elk River <br />ver City Council <br />Resolution 23-34 <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River approving the <br />Orono Lake Improvement District Annual Budget for the Year 2024. <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the Order Establishing the Orono Lake Improvement <br />District (OLID), the City of Elk River (City) shall review the OLID budget annually <br />following the Annual Meeting which is held in July or August each year; and <br />WHEREAS, as referenced in the OLID Resolution 23-01, OLID Board of Directors has <br />provided proper notice, met, and certified the assessment roll for the 2024 OLID services <br />and activities charge; and <br />WHEREAS, OLID Board of Directors has requested, pursuant to Minnesota Statute, <br />Section 103B.555, that the City impose a service charge on all eligible parcels within the <br />OLID as per the 2024 Service Charge List in the amount of 5100.00 per full unit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, as follows: That the Orono Lake Improvement District Annual Budget <br />and service charge for the year 2024 is approved. <br />Passed and adopted this 5th day of September 2023. <br />ATTEST: <br />Tina A ard, City Clerk <br />u <br />Jo J.
