Virgin, President, Bert Carr, Trustee, M.P. Williams, Clerk <br /> <br />Meeting was called to order by the President at 8 P.M. <br /> <br />There was a motion made by J.H. Virgin that the council be authorized to appoint special police to <br />thth <br />do police duty on the 5 of July, during the celebration in the village on the 5. <br /> <br />Motion adopted and passed by the council.
