A PUD Agreement shall be developed and signed by both <br /> parties prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> 2. Streets and access must comply with MN State Fire Code - <br /> U <br /> Chapter 5 and Appendix D. " CR 33 <br /> 3. Provide detail connections to sewer and water systems and <br /> ensure the watermain is looped. <br /> 4. Staff approval of all site,utility, engineering, and landscaping X <br /> plans.
