Request for Action <br />To <br />Item Number <br />Mayor and City Council <br />9.1 <br />Agenda Section <br />Meeting Date <br />Prepared by <br />Work Session <br />September 21, 2020 <br />Zack Carlton, Planning Manager <br />Item Description <br />Reviewed by <br />Code Enforcement: 19157 Troy Street NW <br />Tim Trebesch, Code Enforcement Officer <br />Reviewed by <br />Cal Portner, City Administrator <br />Action Requested <br />Review the code enforcement actions for 19157 Troy Street NW and provide staff with direction on the next steps <br />in the enforcement process. <br />Background/Discussion <br />The property owners of 19157 Troy Street NW spoke during the September 8, 2020, Open Forum to express their <br />concerns with the current code enforcement actions for their property and the ordinance limits to the size of <br />fabric sided accessory structures. <br />Staff began enforcement measures on the property last summer with many of the same violations as the current <br />actions. On Tuesday September 15, 2020, staff met with the owners to discuss their options.
