As the area is guided for highway business and the similar zoning district of C-3CK 12---- allows Outpatient Health Care Facilities as permitted use, staff has no concerns with the request. Amending the PUD agreement will allow all buildings within the PUD to establish an Outpatient Health Care Facility.
