The C4 zoning district was eliminated by ordinance amendment (OA 18-03) in 2018, with the <br />intent the existing C4 zoning districts would be rezoned to C3. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />During a comprehensive ordinance amendment for all commercial and industrial zoning districts, the C4 <br />Community Commercial district was eliminated by ordinance amendment. <br /> <br />Any uses (permitted, accessory, and conditional) in the C4 district, not already included the C3 district at <br />the time, were included in the C3 district with the amendment. <br /> <br />The zoning map must be updated to reflect this change. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />None <br /> <br />Council Meeting <br />If acted on, this item will go to the March 18, 2019, City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> Proposed Ordinance <br /> Locations – Exhibit A <br /> <br />The Elk River Vision <br />A welcoming community with revolutionary and spirited resourcefulness, exceptional <br />service, and community engagement that encourages and inspires prosperity <br />
