The Commission did not appear to have any problems with <br /> the proposed expansion. However, concerns were raised regarding access to <br /> the site and phasing the site improvements. <br /> At the present time the site is served by one entrance; the applicant is <br /> proposing a second entrance to the west of the existing driveway. The <br /> Commission expressed concerns regarding visibility, and the physical <br /> • <br /> condition of County Road 33.
