The subject plat has some existing structures on it <br /> including a house, garage (to be removed) and a larger steel-sided shed that <br /> is currently used for storing large equipment. The property is generally <br /> wooded with a mixture of hardwoods and some conifers along County Road <br /> No. 1. The property also includes some varying topography. North of the <br /> proposed plat is a large wetland complex. A portion of this wetland area <br /> appears to include approximately the north 100' of Lots 1 and 2.
