Consideration of 6/1/87 City Council Agenda <br /> <br />Councilmember Tralle asked to discuss Car Lots following Item #10.1: <br />Utility Commission Update. <br /> <br />Pat Klaers. City Administrator. asked to be added to the agenda as Item <br />#10.3: Water Tower Partial Payment #8 and 10.4: Announcements. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO APPROVE THE 6/1/87 CITY COUNCIL AGENDA AS <br />AMENDED. COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 5- <br />O. <br /> <br />3.1 <br /> <br />Consideration of 5/18/87 City Council Minutes <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The following corrections were noted: <br /> <br />Page 2 - Item 5.2 - 900 square feet should read "800" square feet. <br />Page 6 - Item 5.12 - Indicate that the variance was for the atrium. <br />Page 6 - Item 5.13 - Include the location of the property. <br />Page 10 Item 5.22 - Note that Gary Santwire was present to represent <br />the owner. <br />Page 12 - Item 6.7 - 1984 should read "1987." <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE 5/18/87 CITY COUNCIL MINUTES AS <br />AMENEDED. COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED <br />5-0. <br /> <br />3.2 Consideration of 5/21/87 Board of Review Minutes <br /> <br />It was noted that on Page 4. Item #9. the minutes should state "there is <br />a hole dug on the property located behind his property." <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE MOVED TO APPROVE THE 5/21/87 BOARD OF REVIEW MINUTES <br />AS AMENDED. COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Open Mike <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Charles Christian of Century 21-Christian was present to discuss the <br />Model Home sign in the Deerfield 3rd Addition. The main concern with <br />this sign was the height and lighting at night. <br /> <br />Councilmember Tralle <br />conformity. Various <br />discussed. <br /> <br />referred to the <br />signs representing <br /> <br />pun Agreement <br />Model Homes <br /> <br />and the idea of <br />in the area were <br />
