Two appointments are necessary to complete <br />the five-member Board. Both appointments will be made for three- <br />year terms running from January 1,2000 to December 31,2002. <br /> <br />. General Information: <br /> <br />Library Board terms end with the fiscal year which is dictated by <br />Minnesota Statute. The city currently does not have an ordinance <br />relating to the library board. The library board runs by by-laws and <br />State Statute.
