One of our front <br /> desk part-time secretary/receptionists,Jolene Richter,was hired for that position leaving vacant the front <br /> desk position. We went to market to fill that position,received 31 applications, and interviewed eight <br /> candidates. The interview panel recommends Cathy Dalchow for this position. <br /> Ms. Dalchow has worked for ISD 728 for the past 17 years as a Senior Secretary,first at Parker <br /> Elementary and for the past nine years at Twin Lakes Elementary. Prior to that, she worked in a variety <br /> of positions at the Bank of Elk River. <br /> Ms. Dalchow will start at step A of pay grade 3 and will begin work on November 5, 2015.
