This facility is <br />proposed to be located in the southeast corner of the intersection of Waco Street <br />and Highway 10. The proposed Phase 1 will consist of 31,500 square feet; <br />approximately 10,500 square feet on three levels. An additional 24,000 square <br />foot Phase 2 is available, however, a specific time frame for construction of <br />Phase 2 was not identified. The main and second story levels are proposed to <br />be standard clinic uses, while the lower level will be for outpatient surgery <br />services. <br /> <br />Attached please find a preliminary site plan and building elevations for the <br />proposed building. The building is proposed to be constructed of brick, glass and <br />stucco. They are still in the process of fine tuning the exterior design of the <br />building. <br /> <br />It is the hope of Allina that they will break ground prior to October 1, 2000, as <br />they hope to have the clinic functioning by this time in 2001.
