We beheve we have on excellent candidate for further <br />consideration. Councilmember Thompson will update the City Council on <br />this individual. <br /> <br />At this time the Committee believes that the top candidate is clearly the best <br />and that there is no reason for the City Council to conduct an interview of the <br />two top finalists. However, if this is desired by the City Council it certainly <br />can be arranged. On the other hand, ff the Council supports the candidate <br />that Councilmember Thompson will discuss at the meeting, then I would like <br />approval to negotiate terms of employment with this individual and make <br />arrangements for him to come and visit with the Council next Monday before <br />the EDA meeting. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
