There are two <br />property owners on the supplemental assessment roll. One is there because the County <br />half-section map had the wrong PIN number on the parcel of property, and the other is <br />on the roll because the property was split into two, and only the original owner was listed <br />on the first assessment roll at two units. That owner has subsequently been reduced to <br />one unit, and the supplemental assessment hearing will place the second unit on the <br />second owner. <br /> <br />If the two property owners in question are in attendance, I will be prepared to make a <br />brief presentation regarding the project in question and the reason for the supplemental <br />assessment hearing.
