When an on-sale liquor license is issued, it is issued for <br />the premises of the building. Therefore, when a liquor <br />establishment requests to hold an outdoor event, the premises must <br />be extended. <br /> <br />The Eagles Club is requesting to hold a benefit event on July 25, <br />1998. They will be selling liquor in a fenced area on their property <br />during this event. A representative of the Eagles has met with the <br />Police Chief and has been informed of the Police Department's rules <br />regarding these type of events. The Police Chief has indicated that <br />the Eagles intend to comply with the requirements of the <br />Department. <br /> <br />A certificate of insurance has been provided indicated that the <br />liquor liability coverage will be extended to cover the event. <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> <br />Motion to grant a temporary on-sale liquor premises extension to the <br />Eagles Club for July 25, 1998. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
