Part of the plat included an easement that protected the <br />water main serving a fire hydrant in the middle of the parking lot. <br />As part of the site review of the Depot at Elk River Station apartment building, the parking lot was <br />adjusted and the fire hydrant was relocated outside of the easement. <br />As part of this vacation, a new easement will be provided to protect the water main serving the fire <br />hydrant.
