DRAFT <br />CLOSED SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL <br />HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL <br />MONDAY, JUNE 21, 2010 <br />Members Present: Mayor Klinzing (arrived 6:20 p.m.), Councilmembers Zerwas, Gumphrey, <br />Westgaard, and Motin <br />Members Absent: None <br />Staff Present: City Administrator Lori Johnson, Environmental Administrator Rebecca <br />Haug, and City Attorney Peter Beck <br />Also Present: Greene Espel Attorneys John Baker and Samuel Clark, and City <br />Environmental Consultant Matt Ledvina <br />1. Call Meeting to Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the closed meeting of the Elk River City Council was <br />called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Vice Mayor Westgaard. <br />2. Closed Session -Attorney Client Privilege <br />The purpose of the closed session was to discuss Elk River Landfill lawsuit litigation <br />pursuant to attorney-client privilege, MN Statute 13D.05, subd. 3(b). <br />3.
