She indicated to Mr. Lucas she will <br />forward a letter which will amend Comment #14 to reflect the above interpretation. <br />Elk River Landfill is in discussions and is currently working with the adjacent northern property <br />owner to acquire an easement beyond the property line. We are committed to obtaining this <br />easement as part of the approval process for the proposed permit modification and believe this <br />response satisfies the amended comment #ld. <br />We appreciate your coordinated efforts an this project.
