Attached to this Letter is an <br />Addendum to the Revised Report containing replacement text and figures per the issued <br />comments. <br />Below are responses to the comments provided in the July 26, 2005 MPCA comment letter and <br />the August ZS comments emailed on behalf of the City of Elk River. For clarity, the original <br />comments are reproduced in italics and are followed by responses in standard font. <br />MPCA Comments dated July 2G, 2005 <br />1. Section 4.2.5 references three water level monitoring events. Only two events were <br />submitted in Table 3. The narrative will be corrected to reflect data referenced in Table 3. <br />~ The narrative has been changed as described and replacement text for Section 4.2.5 is <br />included in the attached Addendum. <br />2.
