For ease of reference, a hard copy of the Construction <br />Plan Sheets is also included. It should be noted that the MSW Cell 17 Construction Plans and <br />Specifications were included as part of a larger `Bid Bundle" package distributed to contractors, <br />and thus additional infoxmation may be contained in the front end documents that does not apply <br />directly to the construction taking place at the ERL this summer. <br />As you are aware, Cell 17 is the last MSW cell to be constructed at the ERL as currently <br />permitted. The ERL has recently submitted a Request for Permit Mod cation to include the <br />Southern Development .Area and is currently working through the environmental review process, <br />As the environmental review and permitting process continues, the ERL is anticipating the need <br />for addirional disposal capacity in 2005/2006. Therefore, the ERL will be constructing Ce1117 <br />during the 2005 construction season.
