The applicant proposed to lease a 900- <br />square foot portion of the property. This portion would be zoned AT (overlaying the existing and <br />remaining R-1a). Improvements to the site proposed by Sprint include the monopole tower and <br />ground mounted equipment. <br />The proposed tower will be located 330 feet from the nearest property to the south. It is proposed <br />to be 430 feet from the property to the west.
