The required <br />setback from the unnamed tributary is 50 feet from the ordinary high water <br />mark. The required front yard setback is 30 feet from the front property line. <br />The variance request is the end result of confusion between the <br />developer/city/county/DNR concerning the jurisdiction of a small stream/ditch <br />. which bisects the Meadowvale Heights Second Addition.
