The 24 <br />acre parcel is aflag-shaped lot which has 272.80 feet o£road frontage along <br />County Road 33. Each proposed lot has 136.4 feet of road frontage. The <br />minimum frontage requirements in the R1a zoning district is 160 feet; <br />therefore, each lot falls short by 24 feet of road frontage. Only the. City <br />Council will review the administrative subdivision.
