Qualifications: Dan holds an Associates Degree from Dunwoody Institute. <br />Certifications: MDA Pesticide Applicators License, Certified MnDOT Landscape Specialist. <br />Experience: Dan has an abundance of experience in regards to the installation aspect of <br />restoration projects. Over the past nine years, he has successfully prepped and seeded thousands <br />of acres of prairies and wetlands. In addition, Dan serves as our chief mechanic and ensures that <br />all of the equipment is ready for the field. <br />Land Management Division <br />Jake Janski-Director of Land Management <br />Qualifications: Jake holds a B.S. in Biology and Minors in Chemistry and Environmental Studies <br />from the University ofMinnesota-Duluth. <br />Certifications: MDA Pesticide Applicators License (Cat. A, E, J, F), Advanced Wildland <br />Firefighter Training (5-130, 5-190, I-100, 5234, S290), Certified Arborist. <br />Experience: Jake has been the Land Management Supervisor for eight years and has extensive <br />prescribed burn experience along with every other aspect of land management. In addition, Jake <br />has a great knowledge of native plants and is highly innovative in finding the right solution to our <br />customer's management needs. <br />Adam Martinson -Land Management Supervisor <br />Qualifications: Adam holds a B.S in Ecology and Field Biology from St. Cloud State University. <br />Certifications: MDA Pesticide Applicators Licenses (Cat. A, E), Advanced Wildland Firefighter <br />Training (S-130, 5-190, I-100, 5234, 5290). <br />Experience: Adam has extensive hands on management experience and a broad knowledge of <br />native plants and management procedures. Adam has been actively managing native plant <br />communities for 5 years. He has both thousands of hours of hands on field experience as well as <br />thousands of hours of site and crew management. Included in Adam's experience as well as is <br />Land Management Planning on hundreds of our project sites. <br />Chris Hoye-Land Management Assistant Supervisor <br />Qualifications: Chris holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and a Minor in Economics from St. <br />John's University <br />Certifications: MDA Pesticide Applicators Licenses (Cat.
