The proposed tower will be a monopole design without guy wires and <br />will have a fiat gray, galvanized steel finish to blend in with the sky. <br />Mature landscaping will be preserved around the facility so that only <br />the upper portion of the tower will be able to be seen above the tree <br />line off site. <br /> <br />G. Signs and Advertising. No advertising, logos or <br />identification of any kind is permitted, except as <br />required by Federal and State authorities. <br /> <br />may be <br /> <br />No advertising or logos will be placed on the tower or facility for <br />purposes of signage or advertising. <br /> <br />H. Accessory Structures and Equipment. <br /> <br />i. All accessory equipment related to towers and <br />antennas must be housed within a structure. Existing <br />structures shall be used whenever possible. Any new <br />accessory buildings or structures shall be <br />architecturally designed to blend in with the <br />surrounding environment. <br /> <br />All communications equipment will be housed within two enclosed <br />casing structures. These structures are about the size of a refrigerator <br />each and will not be able to be seen from the adjacent properties due <br />to the existing dense mature landscaping on site. The natural <br />surrounding wooded environment of the property will be maintained. <br /> <br />ii. The use of compatible materials such as wood, <br />brick, or stucco is required for associated support <br />buildings. Equipment located on the roof of an <br />existing building shall be screened from public view <br />with building materials identical to or compatible <br />with existing materials. <br /> <br />N/A. This is not a roof top installation. <br /> <br />iii. Ground mounted structures shall be screened from <br />view by suitable vegetation, except where a design of <br />non-vegetative screening better reflects and <br />compliments the architectural character of the <br />surrounding area. Removal of existing vegetation <br />shall be minimized through careful site selection and <br />design. <br /> <br />The entire facility including the lower part of the tower will be <br />entirely screened from view by existing landscaping. The only <br />vegetation removed will be the minimum amount necessary to <br />accommodate a 14 foot access and the 22 by 27 foot lease area. <br />Careful selection of the driveway location and facility was done to <br /> <br /> <br />
