Since z., <br />the number of Agrar.ultural producers has declined in the tri-county-~~~;~4: <br />area with urban d~evelapment these two offices were required to combihe. <br />Our first offer t rent space was from the county for the previous <br />administration blrr.g, which did not get accepted. Our other offer wasa <br />with River Wood D=velopers in Joplin Mall. I worked with Barb QonCastei~', <br />to try and worK o.;~: a lease agreement. River Wood stated. they wanted. :' <br />more of a retail ~.: sines not an office. "' ~~} <br />;,, ,~ <br />Our office advert~.sed again for rental space and had several affers.~ <br />The government rec,1iires ttrat we Ioof{ at the cost to rent as a pri~aary <br />factor along with the location to the Court House, accessibility and <br />other factors. CFf4 offices are suppose to be located where the county <br />seat for the count' is located.
