RESOLUTION 96 - <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF 1996 FEDERAL ISTEA GRANT <br /> APPLICATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the city pledges thirty-two percent (32%) of the proposed <br />ISTEA project; and, <br /> <br />the total cost of the project is $219,000; and, <br /> <br />the city commits city staff and equipment to this project to do <br />clearing and grubbing operations, restorations and seeding <br />operations, grading, Class 5 installation, and signage; and, <br /> <br />the city commits the Street and Park Superintendent as <br />project manager. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city pledges a spirit of <br />cooperation and support in labor and equipment to the proposed ISTEA <br />Project in the amount of $70,750. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 8th day <br />of January, 1996. <br /> <br />//~t~ A.
