Fees for Com ost wood waste Dro Off <br />Mr. Hals presented the staff report. <br />Councilmember Gumphrey asked how the area would be policed, how would participants <br />obtain permits, and commented that he felt the ~1D0 charge for commercial businesses was <br />too low. <br />Mr. Hals explained the location of the area and how it would be signed. He stated permits <br />could be offered for sale at botla liquor stores as well as at the public wanks site and Ci <br />hall, Since it is a Coun wide ~ <br />tY program, any Sherburne County resident would be able to <br />purchase a permit and the money obtained fzom the purchase would stay with the Ci it <br />was sold in.
